CLAREMONT businesswoman Fleur Allen had such a good experience purchasing her first property 13 years ago that she wants to help others achieve the same goal.
Ms Allen, who also runs online art gallery Interactive Arts and is mum to five-year-old Charlie, made $1 million within five years buying and selling real estate in Maylands, Bridgetown and Coogee.
The former schoolteacher started Property with Purpose in April last year and hosted her first seminar in June.
“You should treat investment like a business,” Ms Allen said.
“I tell people not to label themselves with their job but as a brand.
“At the moment I’m investing in fleurallen.com.”
Ms Allen’s logo is a house containing the symbol ‘x3’ in it, representing family time, self-nurturing and giving.
“I take a holistic approach to property investment,” she said.
“You are investing in property for yourself so that you can invest in those parts of your life too.”
The regular seminars involve up to eight groups and allow Ms Allen to provide one-on-one advice to each group.
The next seminars are on May 14 and June 9.
